GUIDEME LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY has obtained a grant from the European Union for a project entitled: “An AI-model-based system for the automatic analysis of behavior in a virtual reality gaming environment for the assessment of selected professional competencies.”

Project objective?

The project aims to significantly increase the efficiency of competency assessment methods using VR by implementing AI for result analysis.

Subject of the project:

In this project, we plan to develop artificial intelligence algorithms and based software capable of identifying and understanding key words and sentences in participants’ dialogues during competency assessments.

Target audience:

The solution is intended for use by: assessors, HR trainers, psychologists, and managers who deal with the assessment of human competencies on a daily basis. Thanks to the developed solution, artificial intelligence algorithms will drastically shorten the assessment time.

Project stages:

The project is divided into two stages:

  1. Industrial research, resulting in developed and tested algorithms that recognize competencies.
  2. Development work, resulting in an integrated tool supporting the operation of the algorithm based on VR simulation.

Project outcome:

The result of the project will be the automation of professional competency assessments for candidates. The use of VR in competency testing will allow for better analysis of candidate behavior, contributing to a more efficient assessment process and better hiring decisions.

Planned effects:

The solution will also enable the Beneficiary to quickly provide competency assessments for a larger number of subjects, thereby gaining much greater accessibility of the service for potentially interested entities—typically companies wishing to assess the competencies of their management staff at various levels of process management.
