We trusted you, and we conducted training sessions with our students as part of the management program, specifically in subjects we teach, focusing on Development Center activities. These sessions involved saving a nuclear power plant. Students had the opportunity to use state-of-the-art technologies, including VR headsets, but they also learned crucial substantive areas that they typically only encounter and train in within a business context, in real life, once they are employed by an organization. The students were thrilled, and so were we. We will definitely use your services again, and such a program will become a permanent fixture in our curriculum for students.

How it works?

Simple process of the implementation in your organization

After the meeting we come out with:
  • Clear priority for research in your organization.
  • Knowledge of how exactly the training proceeds, how long it takes and what participants can expect.
  • Basic knowledge about the VR systems we use.
During the VR Introduction, participants will familiarize themselves with the virtual reality environment. This includes understanding how to use the VR headsets, navigate within the virtual space, and interact with objects. The goal is to ensure everyone is comfortable and prepared for the assessment phase.
The assessment phase involves participants engaging in specific scenarios within the VR environment. These scenarios are designed to evaluate skills, decision-making processes, or knowledge related to the training’s objectives. Data is collected during this phase to analyze performance.
In the Outcomes Analyze stage, the data collected during the assessment is thoroughly examined. This involves identifying patterns, strengths, and areas for improvement. The analysis provides insights into the effectiveness of the training and individual performance.
Finally, a comprehensive report is compiled, summarizing the findings from the outcomes analysis. This report highlights key insights, provides recommendations for further development, and can be used to measure the impact of the VR training program within the organization.

Zaufaliśmy Państwu, zrealizowaliśmy szkolenia z naszymi studentami w ramach kierunku zarządzanie na przedmiotach, które wykładamy, zajęcia z Development Center.Te zajęcia polegały na uratowaniu elektrowni atomowej. Studenci mogli skorzystać z najnowocześniejszych technologii, zakładać okulary VR, ale również poznawali bardzo ważne obszary merytoryczne, które najczęściej dopiero trenują w biznesie, w realnym życiu, już zatrudniając się w jakiejś organizacji. Studenci zachwyceni, my również, na pewno skorzystamy kolejny raz i w kanon naszego programu nauczania studentów wejdzie taki program na stałe.
