Project goal?
The project aims to significantly increase the effectiveness of using VR-based competency assessment methods by applying AI to analyze assessment results.
Project scope:
As part of the project, we plan to develop artificial intelligence algorithms and software based on them that will be capable of identifying key words, sentences, and understanding their meaning in dialogues of participants taking part in competency assessments.
Target group:
Ultimately, the solution will be used by assessors, HR trainers, psychologists, and managers who deal with evaluating human competencies on a daily basis. Thanks to the developed solution, artificial intelligence algorithms will drastically reduce the time required to perform assessments.

Project outcome:
The outcome of the project will be the automation of professional competency assessment of candidates. The use of VR in competency assessments will allow for better analysis of candidate behavior, contributing to a more effective assessment process and better hiring-related decisions.
Planned results:
The solution will also enable the Beneficiary to quickly deliver competency assessments for a larger number of participants, thereby significantly increasing the availability of the service for potentially interested entities, typically companies that want to assess the competencies of their management staff at various levels of process management within the organization.
