It is a Development Center study, based on the gamification methodology, where the tasks performed allow dedicated HR specialists, the so-called Assessors, get to know the level of competence of the analysed person.

After the study

The research material is analyzed, and then, based on the results of the analysis, a personalized report is created that argues the levels of competence.

Based on the results of the analysis and the prepared report, a dedicated training is conducted to develop the competences of the respondent.

It begins with a joint analysis of the training material

then presentations on how to properly perform the appropriate actions to make them more effective, which will result in increasing the competences of the trainee.

The last element of the training is the adaptation of training materials to the practice of the respondent and joint development of behavior groups related to the realities of the respondent.
