Associate Professor Kozminski University

Expert in Human Resource Management. Practitioner with 16 years’ experience in work and cooperation with varied companies. She has worked in managerial roles in ORANGE, T.P. S. A. and – as Senior Consultant – conducted consultancy projects in Personnel Management for MAKRO, PKO BP, ABB, TP S.A, Orange, PZU S.A., SONY Poland, NASK, Idea 25, Getin Noble Bank, Skoda, ROCHE, Rzeczpospolita and many others.

Konrad Urbański

Co-founder

One of the two founding fathers. A specialist in the practical use of technology with 8 years of experience in technological and design consulting. Master of Management with a programming flair. He created vehicle movement simulations and an application that generated errors in monitoring systems. Currently, 100% focusing on the development of the system, Salomon is responsible for the technological and analytical part of the system in the competency assessment process.

Łukasz Szajda

Co-founder

One of the two founding fathers. Technophile and passionate about implementing new technologies. The IT sector taught him what applications are and how to skillfully implement them in the organization. Closed and implemented over 20 high-technology projects from artificial intelligence to machine controllers and blockchain. Currently, 100% focused on the development of the system, Salomon is responsible for the organizational and marketing part of the company.
