GUIDEME LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY has obtained a subsidy from the European Union for the project entitled: "A system based on AI models for automatic analysis of behavior in a virtual reality game environment in terms of assessing selected professional competences."

The project aims to significantly increase the effectiveness of the VR competence testing method by using AI to analyze research results. In the project, we plan to develop artificial intelligence algorithms and software based on them, which will be able to identify key words, sentences in the dialogues of participants in competence tests and understand them. Then it will be able to present these words and sentences to assessors (assessing the competences of research participants) and propose assessments of research participants in relation to various competences.
The project will be used by assessors – psychologists participating in the processes of assessing professional competences, who will drastically shorten the assessment time through software using artificial intelligence algorithms. The solution will also enable the Beneficiary to quickly provide competency assessments for a larger number of tested people, thus gaining much greater availability of the service for potentially interested entities, i.e. usually companies that want to have their management staff from various levels of process management in the company assessed. The project will result in automated assessment of candidates’ professional competences. The use of VR in competence testing will allow for better analysis of candidate behavior, which will contribute to a more effective assessment process and better employment decisions.
